The booking process took literally minutes, the cost is extremely good and we even had to make a slight adjustment the day before and Gilbert was more than accommodating and understanding!  His customer service was impeccable and super easy going.  The pick-up and drop off were on time and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.  Verified Gilbert was great to work with. I initially contacted him to just rent a jumper. I emailed him for a quote and he got back to me right away. I was going to use San Diego party Rentals for renting tables/chairs/linenes/canopies for my party however they were non responsive. I went back onto JumpNPlays's website and realized they provide these rentals as well. I eneded up renting everything from JumpNPlay. Sure happy I did! Gilbert and his crew were punctual with delivery/pick-up and very professional! Jump house and all of the other rentals were very clean and appeared new. Please keep in mind, once you reserve a rental with us, that rental is allocated to you and we turn away other customers that request the rental you reserved. For this reason, we have the following cancellation policy terms;

Cancellation 6 days before your event date – No charge

Cancellation 48 hours or less before your event date – 100% of the regular priced rental charge will be applied to credit card on file

You may cancel within 72 hours of your reservation date and receive a full refund if there is a greater than 50% chance of rain on either Saturday or Sunday as indicated by http://www.weather.com/.

Your personal information will, under no circumstance, ever be sold or otherwise distributed.
