On the day of your event, we arrive with everything your rental includes: the tarp that goes down first to protect your yard, the jumper itself, and the blower that keeps it inflated. If the jumper is set up on grass, we secure it with ground stakes so it cannot shift during the party. If it is set up on concrete or asphalt, we use sandbags or weights instead of stakes. Our blower comes with a 25-foot power cord. If your outlet is farther away than that, you will need to provide your own outdoor extension cord to reach it.

Please keep in mind, once you reserve a rental with us, that rental is allocated to you and we turn away other customers that request the rental you reserved. For this reason, we have the following cancellation policy terms;
Cancellation 6 days before your event date – No charge
Cancellation 48 hours or less before your event date – 100% of the regular priced rental charge will be applied to credit card on file
You may cancel within 72 hours of your reservation date and receive a full refund if there is a greater than 50% chance of rain on either Saturday or Sunday as indicated by http://www.weather.com/.
